Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Instructions:
- In a jar or container, combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with mixed berries and sliced almonds.
